We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and International up to 10Kg in actual or cubic dimension weight.
The exception is generally for large bulky furniture items which the buyer must arrange pickup and delivery. The item will be packed with some protective board or plastic, but this will depend on the item and any specific courier instructions.
All items are insured for the full value of the purchase. For International shipments this will be the value for the customs declaration. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related import costs.
