Refunds will be considered where the item is not as described or has been damaged in the delivery where insurance is available.
For larger items, where the buyer has arranged the courier as per our Shipping Policy, insurance and any damage is the responsibility of the buyer and their courier once the item has left our premises.
A complete photo record of the item will be taken at the time of collection.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once an item has been sent, posted, or collected the item is the buyers responsibility.
If a return is arranged, the cost of return delivery is the buyers responsibility. Cancellations are not possible after the item has been posted or collected.
